When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by September 30, 2025.

When must the room be booked?

The final deadline to secure room reservations is November 30, 2025

Do I have to stay at the resort to attend the wedding?

Yes, staying at the resort is required for all wedding guests. This is part of our wedding contract with the venue and helps ensure everyone can fully participate in the events and celebrations. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together in paradise!

Is there a wedding block?

A dedicated room block has been reserved for our wedding guests. We kindly ask that you book your accommodations through the room reservation link to ensure availability and access to special rates. Once your room is booked, upgrade options will be available if you’d like to enhance your stay.

What is the average cost of the resort?

Join us for a luxurious celebration with all-inclusive rates beginning at approximately $350 per adult, based on occupancy. Best of all, nearly everything is included—and children under 5 stay at no additional cost.

How many nights must we stay?

Three-night minimum stay at Xcaret to make the most of this unforgettable destination.

Is travel included?

While flights & hotel are not included, once you land at Cancun International Airport, all transportation to the resort and Xcaret-owned parks is seamlessly included—making your stay effortless and stress-free from the moment you arrive.

Do I need a passport?

Yes, a valid U.S. passport is required to travel to Mexico. Keep in mind that it typically takes 4 to 6 weeks to receive a passport after applying.

Can I bring my kids?

Absolutely! Hotel Xcaret is family-friendly, and children under 5 stay free.

Can extended family come?

Absolutely—extended family is more than welcome to come and enjoy the resort! While the wedding events themselves will be limited to invited guests, there’s still plenty to do and experience at the resort outside of those events. They won’t be able to use the room block, but we’ve heard Costco Travel has some of the best deals and could be a great option to explore!

What’s the dress code?

The wedding will be Tropical Formal / Beach Elegant—think breezy but polished. Details for other events will be shared closer to the date.

What essentials are needed?

Standard tropical vacation essentials, with the addition of water shoes.

Is there onsite childcare?

Hotel Xcaret México offers a supervised Kids Club for ages 4–12 and a Teen Club for ages 13–17, providing all-day activities and entertainment. In-room babysitting is also available through a certified agency, starting at approximately $15 USD per hour for up to two children, with a two-hour minimum and a transportation fee of around $10–$15 USD depending on the time of day.
